You will work in a multidisciplinary, agile team with colleagues from IT, security, and compliance.
You will be part of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Agile Release Train (ART). As IGA Application Onboarding Consultant you assist application owners in onboarding their applications to our central Identity Governance & Administration platform SailPoint. Your role will involve:

• Integrate applications into the IGA platform using standardized connectors (e.g., REST, SCIM, LDAP).
• Support onboarding entities across global environments, ensuring consistent identity lifecycle management.
• Design and maintain security levels in collaboration with Security Architects.
• Interface with compliance and security teams to ensure application onboarding is delivered within the boundaries of policies and architecture.
• Continuously improve IGA application onboarding processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Share expertise and train internal teams on IGA best practices.
Job requirements:
•
• Completed bachelor degree (or higher) in the area of information security, information technology or similar.
• 5 to 10 years of work experience IAM.
• At least 2-5 year technical expertise in the Identity Governance Domain.
• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration tooling, preferably SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Extensive knowledge on LDAP, REST and SCIM integrations.
• Experience with agile Way of Work, preferably SAFe and DevOps.
• Proficient in English, preferably also Dutch.
Soft skills:

• Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Active listening to understand user needs and pain points.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Working closely with IT, security, and application owners.
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Diagnosing onboarding issues and proposing effective solutions as well as understanding the implications of identity policies and access controls.
• Customer-Centric Mindset
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring correct role mappings, entitlements, and access policies. Avoiding misconfigurations that could lead to security risks.
