Position Summary
Provision of well services designs and operations, promoting techniques and strategies that optimise asset value and enhance life of well performance. Targets efforts to ensure that all well services jobs are designed and delivered in accordance with local statutory requirements, the Eni Energy NL well delivery process and corporate policies, standards and procedures, whilst driving excellence in Health, Safety and Environmental performance, technological innovation and continuous performance improvement.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
•
• Excellence in Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
• Prepare well services basis of design and programmes and regulatory submissions in compliance with local statutory requirements and GTG corporate policies, standards and procedures, notably the Well Delivery Process.
• Operational responsibility for well service jobs offshore.
• Cost control, working with the Finance representative to forecast and track all costs, and verify invoices in the system.
• Troubleshooting when operations do not go as per plan.
• Supervision and coordination of the offshore well services supervisors, planning their work, rotations and providing help where necessary.
• Responsibility for checking daily operations reports.
• Checking and updating plans in the system (10-week schedule, 90-day operations plans, drilling sequence, etc.).
• Closing out the wells by organizing the necessary reviews and documentation.
• Organize contractors for the jobs and supervise any equipment they assemble for the assigned jobs (QAQC).
• Prepare the jobs in Maximo in cooperation with operations.
Internal And External Interfaces
•
• Facilitate effective interfaces and liaise, drive and aid with the Drilling & Wells team, Subsurface Team, HSEQ Representatives, Contracts & Procurement (including Logistics), Finance, and Onshore Service Coordinators.
• Liaise with SODM on permits and notifications for assigned jobs.
• Contribute to the optimisation of the asset's performance.
• Participate in cross company initiatives to identify new technologies and enable GTG to benefit from completion experiences elsewhere.
Context And Environment
Den Helder 60% / From home 40% / Visits to Den Haag at times.
Functie-eisen:
Demonstrated capacity of teamwork and analytical competence.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in well services and site supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Drilling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or similar.
IWCF Well Control Certification, level 4.
