You are experienced in the agile way of working, understand the risk compliance needs of a bank and possess a broad interest and opinion on technology trends. You are a self-starter who takes ownership to make a positive impact. You are experienced in hiring tech talent and you get energy from empowering people and teams.

You and your talent:
